996g t-bone demolition

Went to the butcher – aching for a T-bone, the only ones in the display case were like 20mm thick – pffft!

I ask the dude if there’s anything fatter, he pulls out a cow’s flank and starts waving the knife at it – indicating how thick do I want it… I give the nod, he saws it off and goes “are you sure?”. I’m like yeah why not?

Puts it on the scales…. 996gm

I now bid adieu as I quest to the balcony bbq, mindful of my upcoming battle to the death against Lord of the T-Bones. 😀
