Greenham grass-fed beef t-bone steak brekky
Picked up this from the O'Connell St Butchers in North Adelaide, Greenham Beef from Tassie – grass-fed and hormone free and all that jazz, made for a great brekky this morning.
There's a hole in my BBQ element which throws a shaft of fire straight up to the grill plate, was pissed when I first noticed it, but now I find it's actually really good for moderate-heat char-grillin'.
Mmm ghee and MCT oil.
