Pork Belly on Beryl
In preparation for tomorrow’s City To Bay run I’m loading up on fat.
800g Berkshire pork belly – mostly fat.
This is the point at which I felt full, as in I would naturally stop eating there, but in this case I am fat-loading so wanted to push myself.
And this is the point at which I couldn’t stomach any more as I was nauseated by now.
Here’s hoping my far out ideas for performance nutrition hold water…
