Windy surf n turf
New rule: don’t use the BBQ when it’s windy. 😕
Didn’t think it’d be an issue cos it’s pretty well enclosed, but turns out it couldn’t maintain high-heat to be able to properly charcoal it on the outside whilst keeping it rare on the inside. Was still reasonably nice – came out rare but the outside wasn’t done how I like it.
