Low-fat beef rib-eye steak

Actually amazed I could find a piece of meat with so much fat on it – and it was only $17/kg, normally ribeye is $35-50/kg – this was grain-fed though but hey still…

Yeah, low-fat – AFTER I’d finished eating all the good parts. *grin*

Sadly after eating all the fat I could only get through a small bit of lean – so out of that 825g steak I only ate maybe 300g. This was the only thing I ate in about 35 hours, and even at my next meal nearly 24 hours later I wasn’t that hungry.
