Fat bombs, with cashews
Lindt 85% Cocoa chocolate.
Melt on super low heat.
Whip the cream (step not shown). Splash of coconut essence.
Couple dollops of coconut oil.
Mix some dessicated coconut into the melty choc (step not shown). Tip into whipped cream.
Smoosh it a bit, but not completely so it has a bit of character.
Deploy.
Pop in a nut. Roasted salted cashew in this case.
Drizzle a little of the leftover choc over top.
Sprinkle in some raw cacao nibs.
Freeze.
Serve.
