Domino’s Pizza (Carb Backloading™)

Just got back from a 1.5 week roadtrip after a 16 hour ride. Blow me.

Interesting side note – of a 68g/2.4oz piece of “average” pizza:

20g/0.7oz of it is the mostly edible flavour stuff. (including sauce and cheese etc)

So in the end a regular 8-piece pizza of ~544g/19.4oz, ~160g/5.6oz of it isn’t base, and assuming only half of the topping is actual food, that’s a meal-to-food ratio of less than 20%.
