Surf n turf low carb pizza
Today we’re knocking up a surf n turf pizza using scotch (ribeye), barramundi (Aussie fish), bacon, mushroom and onion.
My go-to for a quick and easy base is now the “Oopsie Roll” inspired version, basically just eggs and cream cheese and a dash of vinegar.

The gf made her own tomato paste – basically nothing but tomatoes and oregano and onion I think.
Then covered in cheddar and parmesan and chilli and garlic and basil or something I think.
Then steak and fish and bacon and mushrooms and onion.
Then more cheese.
Then in the pizza oven for another 15 mins – no idea of temp, used the wood fire thing again.
