Keto-friendly meat lovers pizza
Had an aching for a pizza, I have no delivery places nearby and besides – I don’t really eat pizza as I’m not fond of anything grain-based.
My go-to for a quick and easy base is now the “Oopsie Roll” inspired version, basically just eggs and cream cheese and a dash of vinegar.

Righto, now spread tomato paste and garlic on it.
Apply some grated cheese. I’ve only got cheddar handy, but I suppose mozzarella might be a good option.
I love me some meat, some cheese kransky and bacon should do nicely – go ahead and put veggies and crap on it if you so choose.
More cheese.
Then in the oven again until done – 15-25 mins should be about right.

Close-up of the crust. It’s not flakey or gooey or crumbly, it’s actually quite light and makes a good vehicle for delivering delicious chunks of meat and cheese.
Check out the bottom – not oily, not too dry and crusty, scorched just nicely, and holds the pizza together perfectly.
