Smoky chorizo sausages and Simmichurri sauce
RS’s Woolies sausage pic the other day inspired me to get stuck into some. 😀
Hmm, this whole ribbed pan to send the excess fat to the outside seems antithetical to my desire to consume as much fat as possible…
Fuck you “healthy” pan, you can’t tell me how to cook!
While the bangers were cooking, I invented Simmichurri Sauce, melt some butter, add garlic, chilli, mixed herbs, and Liquid Smoke – this stuff is tasty as hell, and obviously simple to create – can’t wait to try it out on a steak.
Oooh, snags nearly ready…
Now tip the pan juices onto the plate with the Simmichurri, drrrooooool.
