Confounders:
a) This was a huge wine week: Friday was wine tasting; Monday was Sea And Vines which meant visiting wineries all day; Tuesday was a wine education course; Wednesday was a wine tasting. Basically, I had to drink a shitload of wine.
b) Missed a day of meat because it just wasn’t available where I was, so ended up with a huge carb day.
Notes:
Again I’m consuming way above maintenance calories and weight has ended the same (it actually went UP 2kg after one carb day, but disappeared in the next couple days).
I think I’ve consumed way more grog than anyone ever need to in a whole month, let alone a week, so will attempt to curb things somewhat for the next week and see what effect it has.
