Porterhouse and ratatouille @ Sostas

Decent porterhouse – I’ll give it 7/10 because the mushroom sauce was pretty bland tonight and added almost nothing.

But what’s with drinks service nowadays? I can’t remember the last time I went to a restaurant and the staff were pro-active about serving drinks. Surely alcohol is the biggest bang for buck in terms of profit/effort – yet time and again you’re left with an empty glass/bottle and wait staff ignore it – actually, they come and collect the empties and don’t ask if you’d like another – really bizarre.

i rated mine a 9/10…. that said im not a steak conisour……
but yeah the drink service was a bit apaulling…. he didnt even recognise that he heard my drink order.
still yum!!!!
