Ribeye with butter champignons
Only 630gm today.
Delicious cut of rib-eye – still no luck finding a decent sauce. 😕 Been hearing good things about a steak joint here called Cork & Cleaver and found a hickory and pepper rub by them, not sure how much it affected the overall taste, but it was very nice.
Also starting to realise I think I need to move on to grown-up plates :p
