Redback Grill – Aussie Steak
This is in my top 5 sauces I’ve ever had. It’s a little joint in the food court at Marion Shopping Centre – been consistently good since at least 1996 I think.
The steak n chips are meh, but this sauce rocks – wish I could figure out how to replicate it.
