“Paleo” almond meal and dukkah crackers
This was a recipe from Jordyn that we butchered:
* 1 cup almond meal
* salt n pepper
* couple tablespoons of dukkah
* chuck it in a blender
* whilst running drop in an egg and a dollop of olive oil
* spread it between two baking sheets and roll as thin as possible
* bake at 200 deg C until crispy
Tastes kinda savoury/granola’ey, much like an Arnott’s Granita biscuit. Too crumbly to be decent for dipping, gotta modify the recipe, however they’re nice and crunchy and are fantastic with a knob of butter slathered on top.
