Jim’s Jerky Fatty Original Biltong

Got my jerky, sooo fatty but I’m the type of guy who actively seeks out the fattiest foods so it’s no problem for me, I suspect most people would consume in moderation and might make them a little queasy with more than a few pieces.

According to the site it’s:

“…a mix of beefy-ness and coriander with small hints of garlic and peper and is sweet and salty all in one hit! I am the base flavour…”

..which is pretty much what I’m getting, it’s mostly just beef, no real depth of marinading going on to hide it, I quite like it. More like cold fatty roast beef if anything.

Very happy with it.
