George’s – not a Beatle

350g scotch fillet, came out extremely quick – usually for a bleu steak they take their sweet ass time, but this came out in less than half a glass of wine (standard time measurement system).

It looked quite grey on the outside, leading me to think it might basically just be sort of boiled in it’s own juices – but thankfully it was a very good quality piece of meat, the sauce was excellent, and the weird crap on top was tasty also.

I think it was about $42 bucks or something.
