Petit fillet and Mother’s Milk wine discovery @ Stag

Stag on Friday with Les, both of us have had far too many poor steak experiences there but there wasn’t much else available at the time so we toughed it out. I went with the best cut they had short of Wagyu – as the Wagyu at $45 hasn’t had any good reviews from anyone I know – so the petit eye fillet it was.

Turned out quite nice.

The wine was great too – Mother’s Milk I think.
