Gifts

My rule for gifts – it should be something they can’t or wouldn’t do for themselves.

Money/booze/food/knick-knacks… ugh.

When someone says “Ooh she’s got a gift”, they’re not referring to a Toblerone. It’s something you have, which others do not.

Do you have connections to acquire a thing or an experience they otherwise couldn’t?

Can you make something unique that would be appreciated?

Is there something you know they want, but aren’t willing to splurge on it?
