Golden Country Corned Beef #thuglyfe

Basically living on this stuff at the moment.

It’s cheap-ish, 20% fat and 20% protein and basically zero carb – so wins on all angles there vs Spam et al. One tin is 900 calories and hits the spot pretty much perfectly.

Smells like dog food, but tastes great, straight from the tin.

Either way eating is purely a functional thing right now, so I’m only interested in cheap and convenient to sustain me.
