Cheque for AE finally arrived – not bad.

Pork crackling for lunch – they just had to put those veggies on there, the idea that I just want meat and fat is completely foreign…

Hit up RedSalt – the restaurant at the bottom of Crowne Plaza in Hindmarsh Sq – food was ok, $38 for 300g steak which was too thin and not half as tasty as you get for half price at Seven Stars or 1/4 price at home, cooked nicely and still decent though – price disregarded. Bearnaise sauce was very yolky (good) but also kinda vinegary (?).

She had some kind of fish – I forget now – said it was very nice despite being cooked through. Also, she’s started eating the skin now, leaving none for me…
